Shipping & Returns

For all product deliveries there is a $150 minimum order, all other orders must be picked up.
Pickups can be made between 7:00am & 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Placing orders in advance will assist us in servicing you better.  Our phone systems shut down at 3:50 so that our employees may finish their task.

Deliveries in the Anchorage area are made Monday – Friday, between 7:00am & 4:00pm. Orders received by 6:30am will be sent out with the morning deliveries.  Orders received by
11:ooam can go out with the afternoon deliveries.

Palmer / Wasilla Areas     We deliver to the Palmer area on Tuesday’s and to the Wasilla area on Thursday’s.  Please call the office to find out if you are within the delivery areas.  Orders must be received prior to 6:00am on the day of delivery.  We are in Eagle River on both Tuesday and Friday's and have Girdwood for every Wednesday!

Out of our delivery areas...    If you are out of town we do deliver to the cargo companies and Post Office for parcel post & air freight deliveries. 

For air freight companies all shipments are made freight collect.

For parcel post, please specify if you would like regular or priority mail.  We do insure the shipments.  No frozen or chill items will be sent via the mail service.  During the winter certain items cannot be shipped via mail due to the freezing conditions.  We will let you know prior to sending your order if you have any items that cause concern.                                                                
We do send out by-pass orders if your location is set up for this service.  There is a minimum of 1000#'s to qualify for that shipping method.  Please check with your local postal service for any details on bypass rules and regulations.

You may also arrange to have a shipper pick up an order for you.  Some of the shippers that customers use are Kidd Curry, Wilson Bros, and Carlile.  Please let us know who will pick the order up and when.  You are resposible for all freight charges.  For Carlile only, we can add their freight to your invoice for your convenience.

Payment  All customers must have an account established at Linfords. Unless you have a credit account, payment must be made at the time of delivery or prior to shipping the product.  We accept Visa and Mastercard, information will be maintained at Linfords, not on this website.

Return Policy  There is a 15% restocking fee charged on products returned to our facility. There is a 30% restocking fee charged if we pick up the returned product. No food items can be returned once opened. No returns of perishable products will be accepted, this includes chocolate. If you have any questions regarding our products please contact us.
